Panera is overpriced and frankly its gross. The ingredient quality is very poor nowadays. Dry bread, cold soup, cheap cold cuts with too much sodium. It's as bad as Subway but costs double. Can't wait for this location to close so that a locally owned restaurant can move in.
Service was so slow! Not the servers fault, they were working fast, but they had no help. Too much for one person to do and keep things going.
Basically, its a fast meal. Nothing fancy, no frills. The employees were pleasant. The tables need to cleaned regularly.

The staff is nice and some employees, like Arthur, are helpful, positive, and friendly. Customers can enjoy a large pomegranate hibiscus tea and a kitchen sink cookie, although the cookie may be better warmed up. The cafe has plenty of parking, but the floors can be messy and the chairs may have tears, and some areas, like the booths, could use a wipe down.
