My husband and I used to love coming to this location after a long bike ride along the Platte River. Last couple times, I've noticed the service has been lacking a bit. Stopped by recently, and I had to come back to the bar to close out after ordering a small glass of wine. Before that, server never came out to take my food order, and only came by to drop off a room temp glass of water. We like the 7th Ave location much better.

Great wines and the atmosphere is fantastic. The service is a bit slow as we had to get our waiter 3 seperate times for refills/cashout. We had a party of 6 in a side room. Bar attendees won't have that problem.

The Littleton location is one of several tasting rooms in Colorado, but this one is attached to Angelo's Italian restaurant so you can enjoy lunch and dinner after your tasting.

Amazing place. I've only been twice, but each time felt amazing. Alexis remembered me after me only being there one time before. And she made the entire experience feel phenomenal. BOTH TIMES. Keep her and make sure she know how valuable she is to this place! Definitely coming here more often and she's a big reason of that.
We absolutely love Carboy! The food is very good and the wine is excellent. But, what really brings us back is the incredible service. There is always a friendly face, not matter when you stop in. They are attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or give recommendations. There are a lot of places to find good wine in the Denver area, but we will always come back to Carboy for one reason: their incredible staff. Keep up the amazing work everyone, you are appreciated!

Such a great spot for wine! We were in yesterday for my friends birthday and the servers were so fantastic. They knew all the facts about the wine and even gave us their favorite picks as well! Cant wait to go back and try more!
