The service at the restaurant was very disappointing. The staff didn't pay attention to our order and ended up bringing the wrong items to the table. It took an unusually long time for the food to arrive, and even then, it wasn’t what we had asked for. The servers seemed distracted and inattentive, barely acknowledging the guests who were waiting. There was no sense of urgency or care, and overall, it felt like the staff just didn’t care about the customer experience.
Had an amazing experience here. The food was all very good. Great ambiance. Very friendly staff.
Went to UVG for lunch with a group. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and they accommodated our request for separate checks. Can't wait to try dinner here!
