Waited on by Sunshine at Park Meadows. This girl is too sweet. Very busy but stays composed and gives excellent customer service.
The pretzels are really good I’ve had em for a long time and I could not complain so good when a mood for a pretzel and service was great there has never been a time where I did nt like them this is probably the best pretzel I’ve ever had

Wetzel's Pretzels offers delicious pretzels and lemonade, with jalapeño cheese sauce for those who enjoy heat. Customers appreciate the accommodating service, including warm greetings from the staff. However, there have been recent concerns about the freshness of the food, with some customers noting that their pretzels have been stale or day-old during their visits. The mall location can get busy, especially during peak times like Christmas, which has led to longer wait times and issues with staffing.
Despite these challenges, the tasty pretzels, including the pretzel dogs and funnel cake bites, still make it worth the visit. Many customers have enjoyed the hot and fresh pretzels that offer a nostalgic mall experience. With three Wetzel Pretzels locations in Park Meadows Mall, each location features friendly employees who are willing to provide service with a smile, although the busy environment can sometimes impact efficiency.
