I went to cinnabun but discovered that those dudes closed an hour early. i turn 180 degrees and find this place - asked for some pretzels, the lady was extremely nice and made some good pretzels. good stuff.
I went to the mall specifically for these pretzels 2 days after Christmas (now u know it's packed) . I approached to order from the cashier named Evelyn. I started to order but was told there were only 2 of what I wanted. I was ordering 6 or 7 orders of the bites ....different kinds. Drinks and bigger pretzels also. All the kids were disappointed that there were none left . I asked about a basket behind her that a guy had just brought out abd she said those were not for sale...read full review

Had an issue with a pretzel that I ordered previously. The manager was very accommodating in getting it resolved. Upon my return the employee apologized for the situation. He was very polite and my pretzel was much better & pretty darn tasty!
