We have been looking for a new 'go-to' place in Ft Collins, and this is it! We out regularly, and this was the best meal we have had out in a long time. The salad and soup were herby nutty, and well balanced, and the Prime Ribeye was perfect. Even the fingerling potatoes had a charred-grilled twist that we hadn't experienced before, and loved it. The wait and cook staff were the best! We look forward to coming back soon.
The special the evening I was there was filet mignon, Yukon mashed potatoes, carrots and it was alll amazing! Taste, the steak was done perfectly, and the staff was happy to be there and just great set up there.
Has been a local favorite since my first bite! Food, drinks, service never disappoint. And those grits!!!!
