Hidden gem in Fort Collins. They do not take reservations but we lucked out and got a table as walk ins. There are only about 5-7 tables, which i think adds to its charm. The staff was limited to one server and one cook (I’m guessing the cook was one of the owners as she checked on everyone and asked how our food was) Food is fresh and dishes are cooked as you order. We will definitely go back on a night when we aren’t in such a rush as it did take a while to get our food....read full review
The best food you've never tried. Very cozy dive, it is typically Hanna and one or two others, she cooks everything to order. Don't rush them, settle in and order appetizers. Try family style for the experience and try the Raska chicken. Hours vary so call and check, make a reservation on the weekends.

Was a fan of Raska for years, but then they closed for Covid and have only recently re-opened for dine in.Amazing!It was like being back in the middle east, just did not feel like being in Ft Collins.Brennan, our waitress was AMAZING and the owner was just as gracious as she has always been.The food is incredible, unique and presented with such flare.
