Was a fan of Raska for years, but then they closed for Covid and have only recently re-opened for dine in.Amazing! It was like being back in the middle east, just did not feel like being in Ft Collins.Brennan, our waitress was AMAZING and the owner was just as gracious as she has always been. The food is incredible, unique and presented with such flare.

Hidden gem in Fort Collins. They do not take reservations but we lucked out and got a table as walk ins. There are only about 5-7 tables, which i think adds to its charm. The staff was limited to one server and one cook (I’m guessing the cook was one of the owners as she checked on everyone and asked how our food was) Food is fresh and dishes are cooked as you order. We will definitely go back on a night when we aren’t in such a rush as it did take a while to get our food. The flavors and presentation were incredible. My husband is a pretty hard core carnivore and not a big fan of veggies and I love vegetable dishes and we both found dishes we loved. I ordered the butternut squash dish (pictured).I cannot wait to take out of town guests here!!

The best food you've never tried. Very cozy dive, it is typically Hanna and one or two others, she cooks everything to order. Don't rush them, settle in and order appetizers. Try family style for the experience and try the Raska chicken. Hours vary so call and check, make a reservation on the weekends.

This place has been on my radar based on excellent reviews but I haven't had the luck to try it for three years, until last night. If you like Mom and pop shops and the feeling of unpretentious, close to kitchen, you will be delighted. If you expect to find diet coke and ketchup on each table, then thos place is not for you.First and greatest discovery was the number of vegetarian plate, almost 70 percent of the menu is vegetarian . You have the option to get two or more meals on a traditional shared platter which is lovely. We tried the mushrooms and tedlas delight (veggie patty) and we couldn't decide which one we liked more.If you are sick and tired of Kroger international food in every core in FoCo, you just try this place. They also offered a seemingly home made kombucha which was simply healing.

We got a family platter of chicken and plantains - so yummy! We’ll be back!Dietary restrictions: They were very kind about answering my questions about allergies, and we were able to enjoy the food with no worries!Kid-friendliness: There are no high chairs so we sat in a booth with the kiddo.

This restaurant had to close down when the owner was in a car accident for almost 2 years. We were waiting anxiously for it to reopen. Finally made it here today in January 2024 and we were not disappointed! The food is incredibly authentic, very clean, not greasy fresh and absolutely delicious. They get five stars all the way around. On top of that the mother and daughter that cook and run the restaurant are extremely friendly and outgoing. We really had a great time here.
