THE BEST breakfast burrito IN TOWN!

My husband is from New Mexico, and as a rule, we don't go to Mexican restaurants in CO. When people ask him where he goes for Mexican food, he tells them he stays home and cooks. We stumbled across La Casita by accident while in Berthoud when the cafe where we had intended to go was closed. Best accident ever. The green chile is phenomenal!
