“We ordered from Mechitas when there were set up at a local farm for a fall festival.
The food (we ordered nachos, quesadillas and burritos) was fresh, flavorful and portion sizes were excellent.
The service was fast and the woman taking orders was kind and friendly.
Overall great food and experience.“

“My husband and I move to Colorado from TX back in Oct 2023 and have been searching for some GOOD tacos. I am soooo glad we found this taco truck. I ordered Al Pastor tacos and my husband order chorizo and they were SO DELICIOUS ?I had to order seconds right after! and the Red sauce?!? Omg!!! Needs to be on shelves everywhere !!!This will absolutely be my new go to taco spot!! Thank you so much!“

“This place is amazingggg. I came here on my lunch break, really wanted some Mexican food and this place did not disappoint. I got a fajita burrito with asada, a side of sour cream (which they asked if I'd like in the burrito, yes please!) And some salsa verde which has a nice amount of heat to it ? all for under $11 including tax and tip. This is my new favorite spot in Foco ❤️
Parking: In the auto zone parking lot but plenty of space around it!
Kid-friendliness: Had a whole kid menu which is awesome, will bring my family with me next time“
