Got their food at the fort collins food truck rally in city park. I had high hopes and oh boy did they deliver. I got the dumplings with peanut sauce and a pork ninja bowl with ginger soy sauce - both were amazing! I definitely could have gotten by with just getting one item because the portions are good size, but I am glad I got both.Each bite has a ton of flavor and those sauces were nothing like I've tasted before (in a very good way). Gave Umami a shot and was absolutely blown away. Had to try the nachos and my vegan friend was very happy with all their accommodating options. Will definitely be tracking them down around town!
