So good! Had the asada & carnitas tacos and they were amazing! And the grilled pepper and both sauces on the side were spectacular! Highly recommend this place!!
I am from Southern California and have been here for 5 years. We have struggled to find really good tacos until we found Maggie’s! Best street tacos anywhere in Colorado and remind us of home. So good!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE YOUR BURRITOS 🌯!!! The staff is Always great and fast and Friendly! The size and flavor is always Awesome and I love the green sauce! I wouldn't go to any other taco truck in town! Thanks for being a part of our community ❤️ 🙏 💕

Based on the reviews, Maggies Tacos is one of the best taco trucks in Fort Collins and one of the best taco trucks in town. The food is absolutely incredible with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and some of the best tacos. Everything tastes homemade and authentic. The steak taco is tender and perfectly seasoned, the chicken is juicy, and the pork has a sweet pineapple tang and savory fat bits. The chili rellano is the best ever had. The food and salsas are insanely good. For the most bang for the buck, go with the burrito or torta. The California burrito is the closest found, and at $8 it is so good. The customer service is impressive, handling a 100 taco catering order with less than 24 hours notice perfectly. Picnic tables with umbrellas are available. A favorite spot for supporting local small businesses.
