Oyster 🦪 shots preparadas are perfect.
We happened upon their opening day in Fort Worth and were VERY impressed!!! Best Mexican food we’ve had in a while. Wish I could rate it 5/4stars. We had a large group that shared queso, beans and guac for starters, all amazing. Salsa was fantastic and I’m VERY picky about salsa. Birriería Doña María Fort Collins is a wonderful, authentic restaurant. Everything is delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The Carnitas burrito is huge and so flavorful. The birrieria tacos are wonderful. The rich, dense broth of the Birria, loaded with beef, is simply outstanding. The caldo de res, the posole, and the beef chimichanga are all superb. The food has well-sized portions and is on point. The Agua de fresco is highly recommended, especially the lemon cucumber and chia drink. The staff is very friendly and the service is great, quick, and exceptional. The waiter was kind and explained the menu. Guests feel beyond special, and the manager reassures them as to any concerns. This place blew our socks off. It is a go to place and a to-go place for drinks and delicious food. Customers will definitely be back and are customers for life.
