We have been to La Luz many times over the years and everything we have tried is so tasty. All the food is great from the chile rellenos to the fish tacos, to the chicken tinga tostadas. My son loves the potato burrito and many of their breakfast items. La Luz is a Ft. Collins gem!
I am a huge birria fan, and the birria at LaLuz is very good. I have also really enjoyed their fish tacos for years. Highly recommended.
