“Very friendly helpful staff and always great sandwiches“

“Babette’s is probably the closest thing Longmont has to a true European bakery. They take their craft seriously, and the quality of both the bread and pastries is exceptional.

We’ve been coming here for years, probably around ten visits in total, and it’s been great to watch them continue to expand what they offer. The bread is especially good, often with a very dark, almost over-baked-looking crust that turns out to be absolutely delicious. The pastries are just as impressive and clearly made with a high level of skill.

On our most recent visit, we had a caramel puff pastry dessert with hazelnut cream that was genuinely one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. It was delicate, rich, beautifully balanced, and packed with caramel and hazelnut flavor without feeling heavy.

The coffee setup is a little different, with drinks prepared in a separate area after you order. It seems efficient, but it does mean you need to be very clear about any drink specifications so they get passed along correctly.

The only slight downside is that the atmosphere from the staff can feel a little bougie and somewhat cold at times. That said, the quality of what they produce completely outweighs it. If you appreciate excellent bread, serious pastry work, and a more European-style bakery experience, Babette’s is absolutely worth a visit.“

“I’m in heaven! I just got my order and I’m so excited. Celiac disease has made baking too hard for me so I miss many foods. I can’t believe how good this bread is! I’ll definitely order again.“

“I was in today and had a great experience with the staff — their customer service was excellent. While I was being helped, a woman named Stacy Clark came in loudly complaining about the phone ringing. She was incredibly rude to the young lady assisting me and acted as if she was entitled to treat employees however she wanted. Stacy Clark is a poor reflection of southern culture and should be embarrassed by her behavior. The employee, on the other hand, handled it with grace and professionalism, and I want to give credit where it’s due.“

“I was first introduced to Crumb City at the Boulder Farmer's Market last summer! Since then, I've eaten SO many of their delicious, deep-dish cookies!! They have so many flavors and they never disappoint! There is literally something everyone will love. My husband is obsessed with them too (and that's a huge compliment). I continue to be amazed at the flavors they come up with, and I will be buying many more!! PS--I've also gifted these cookies many times and have made my friends very happy! PPS--their labeling is soooooo creative and fun!“

“We got "BUNDT'ED" today! A cake was delivered to our house and we thought it was a mistake. so we called Nothing Bundt Cakes, we didn't want a cake that was for someone else. They said that it was meant for us and that we'd been BUNDT'ED. The card simply said: "This sweet treat is being sent with love! Give another person a smile or pay forward and act of love or kindness in our city or world. “Nothing like fresh baked breads loaded with the very best ingredients! Try the gingerbread with milk stout and cherries, and the bialys with caramelized onion and everything bagel seasoning on top. Warm them and top with butter for a wonderful morning treat! I like to order just before company comes. Mary Beth bakes everything from scratch, delivered same day if you live in Longmont. Cannot beat the quality! 5 stars!“

“The Best Chile Verde Tamales ever! All the Tamales made here are so delicious, but my personal favorite are the Chile Verdes. The Best cheesecakes I have ever tasted are also made fresh, and sold here also. They make a variety of pastries here that are so good, but being a the diabetic that I am, I rarely get to try a small portion of what's made here, but I definitely recamend this place to all to come try for themselves!🍰🎂🧁🍧🍨🍰“

“Hands down the BEST cinnamon roll I’ve ever had in my life! The moment I took the first bite, I knew this was something special. It was absolutely delicious, perfectly soft, rich, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweet.

Bakewell has such a cozy, charming atmosphere, and everything about the experience feels special. But that cinnamon roll… WOW! I’m already looking forward to going back for another one.

If you love cinnamon rolls, you NEED to try this one! Truly unforgettable.
