“I randomly found this bakery after a visit to a nearby business and got really excited. The sad but true part about gluten-free baking is that gluten tends to impart that wonderful elasticity that some bread has. It's hard to make that happen without it. But I bought some hoagie rolls here and was pleasantly surprised how good they were. The texture is really as close as it can be to traditional bread. I also happened to get an espresso to go because I love good coffee. Both of these were top notch, I will definitely be back, and I really hope this business succeeds.“

Danay listed to our vision and perfectly executed a gorgeous cake. We then got cupped cakes for all of our guests and they were a HIT! We received numerous compliments on the cupped cakes and a lot of people left the reception carrying extra cupped cakes. “Let me start by saying I made the mistake of visiting Boulder Baked, nearly across the street from Crumbl to try them out. It was awful. Cookies are made to order and baked so allow at least 15 minutes. We were handed the hot.cookie smooshed in wax paper and partially melted. It was more of a volcano cake then cookie. We immediately went to crumbl and were blown away by flavor, value, and presentation. Skip BB, go to Crumbl“

We’ve tried the chocolate cherry which is not overly sweet - just she right amount to make it a treat, the spelt sourdough and the einkorn sourdough which are flavorful and light - great for sandwiches or just toasting, and the multi grain and sunflower sourdoughs which have a nice crunch and make good toast (and for avocado toast). I would love if they’d make a sesame sourdough a la moxie. This is quality bread and I like supporting a local family!“

I came about ordering a custom cake with only 3 days advance notice - I am also located in Austin, TX and needed the cake delivered locally to family in Aurora.
