“I randomly found this bakery after a visit to a nearby business and got really excited. The sad but true part about gluten-free baking is that gluten tends to impart that wonderful elasticity that some bread has. It's hard to make that happen without it. But I bought some hoagie rolls here and was pleasantly surprised how good they were. The texture is really as close as it can be to traditional bread. I also happened to get an espresso to go because I love good coffee. Both of these were top notch, I will definitely be back, and I really hope this business succeeds.“

I contacted the store and was thrilled with the service I received!! Josh, I am beyond impressed with how they handled this. Danay listed to our vision and perfectly executed a gorgeous cake. We then got cupped cakes for all of our guests and they were a HIT! We received numerous compliments on the cupped cakes and a lot of people left the reception carrying extra cupped cakes. Cookies are made to order and baked so allow at least 15 minutes. We were handed the hot.cookie smooshed in wax paper and partially melted. It was more of a volcano cake then cookie.
