I bought some of the organic rocky mountain sourdough. I'm not impressed. It is dry and very crumbly. Absolutely not suitable for sandwiches. Also, not to much of a sourdough flavor.
I buy the gluten free frozen cinnamon raisin version. It was great until it wasn't....probably around the time of Covid. Every loaf has had a large hole or slash throughout the loaf. Now there's not a hole, but it's like they squeeze the bread and then freeze it so it's difficult to get pieces separated without tearing them.
The brioche gluten free bread is a game changer for me. I have celiac and this GF brioche is so good and soft. It is the first time is 4 years that I've "enjoyed" a good sandwich. Thank you!
