I buy the gluten free frozen cinnamon raisin version. It was great until it wasn't....probably around the time of Covid. Every loaf has had a large hole or slash throughout the loaf. Now there's not a hole, but it's like they squeeze the bread and then freeze it so it's difficult to get pieces separated without tearing them.

Rudi's Delivery truck driver(s) is/are very aggressive and breaks traffic laws Every time I have phoned to complain over the past two years, the phone is not answered. (As another reviewer has also experienced.)Why should I support local business when the local business cares nothing about the Locals?

Rudi's Organic Country White Bread is literally the worst I have ever bought. This begs me to ask you the question: do you guys even eat your own bread? If you do, please send me directions because when i handle this like any other loaf of bread i have disastrous results. I broke two pieces just trying to separate them from the loaf and when i finally got two whole pieces to make a sandwich, when i picked my sandwich up to have a bit both pieces broke in half. Insult to injury - this loaf cost me $8.

The phone number listed on the package and online does not work, and the email address listed on their website bounced back undelivered.

EDIT: I did have some issues with both product and customer service at first but they stepped up and made it right, which im definitely satified with. also so far I have not had a repeat of the issues I had with the bread so far, so I'm just gonna say it may have been a bad batch. Overall, with any prior issues aside, its been an ok experience and the bread is a pretty good quality, definitely better than most other store brands.
