I wandered in here after a show next door @ the Fox & was super excited to see that the old Taco Junky was replaced with a sweet saki bar (plus regular bar) & Korean street food... The drinks were served up quickly by the witty & engaging bartenders & we even got to talk with the owner about hosting events/getting some live music back into the space. He was really funny & welcoming & he actually ended up giving us some shots on the house. Overall it was a really fun place to stumble into on a Friday night & be treated like we belonged... Also, it's probably got the cheapest drinks on the Hill & the pour wasn't weak by any means -- always a plus ;) I hope this place does really well & will definitely be back with more of my crew for more laughs & good vibes. “Our first time dining at this place though we have wanted to go for a while after someone posted about it after they opened. Finally made it and glad we made reservations as it was packed since it was peak time Friday evening. Spoke with Koji-san, the owner, while we were waiting for our table and he also stopped by each table to check on them which we thought was great. We had the takoyaki, kaisen-mix okonomiyaki and the spicy miso ramen. All came within a reasonable amount of time and were delicious! Koji-san explained the background of offering takoyaki, which was so interesting and great for him to share. We will definitely be back to try the other menu items, esp their sushi, which looked delicious! Great to see a business busy and doing well!“

“Classic underground dive bar. Full of history whether you consider it actual Boulder history or countless legendary college nights out, this place will be sure to add to your night out regardless. Large sprawling single floor layout with plenty of things to keep you entertained. Crowd and vibe vary wildly depending on day/time just like any other bar. Didn't get a chance to try a menu but bar is fairly priced and what you'd expect. Souvenirs/clothes available as well and the staff is nice enough for a rowdy university spot. Check em out with a group on your next happy hour or for a night cap, good spot regardless 🍻“

“We recently hosted a school fundraising event at the Bohemian Biergarten and it was such a great experience! Their back room is a perfect space for a small crowd and has such a cozy vibe and required no extra decorations or anything to make it feel like a special space.

We had about 40 people but it can hold up to 90. They have a small stage where we were able to set up a Photo Booth and our silent auction items. They had a projector screen available, which we didn't need, but also a TV we could hook up a laptop to broadcast our silent auction QR code, or whatever we wanted. They had a mic too which was great for speaking to the crowd. The food was yummy, the drinks were great and we had our own designated bartender with friendly service.

Claire was super responsive and really easy to work with and helped us pull off an amazing evening with VERY little effort. 10/10 would recommend if you need a place to host a group!“

“This place is a total dive and a boulder institution all at the same time. Look, you don't come here for a craft cocktail or for a michelin star, but its late night, you want a beer and a greasy delicious burger this is the place.

Additionally this place is littered with CU boulder tradition and has some of the same friendly and fair staff that has been working there for over 20 years. Check this place out as what I would consider the best boulder bar.“

“Was fortunate enough to have my 30th birthday here at Pedro’s and would definitely recommend and go back there again! All of the staff was incredible and so kind and helpful to make my special day easy and smooth. Nick was incredibly patient answering my million questions to plan the event and Carlos our server was the perfect human for the job. Carlos handled a giant party of 20 people with ease, poise and genuinely thoughtfulness. I couldn’t have asked for a better night and a better team. They have a customer for life. :)“

“The Illegal Pete’s Hill location is always a fun spot, whether you’re grabbing food with friends or stopping by for a quick bite. The staff are super cool as well. The food is great too, and the burritos are a really good portion for the price—they’re filling and packed with flavor. Overall, it’s a great place to hang out, get good food, and enjoy a fun atmosphere and in my opinion is better then Chipotle.“

“The vibe of this restaurant is very cool, the brick walls and rustic feel make it warm and cozy, and the open kitchen concept made me feel safe knowing they took great attention to make the food.

The menu offerings are very generous and sourced from local farms and mostly organic. I recommend the brussels sprouts, elk carpaccio, the Mahi (get it medium, it was perfect), and lastly, the flourless chocolate cake was divine! My partner got the burger and I would've been jealous if my dish wasn't so amazing!

For drinks we had the garden gimlet, so fresh, and glasses of wine the server reccomended to pair with both of our entrees!

I loved the patio seating as the plants were overflowing and gorgeous! The wait staff was kind, knowledgable, and efficient! I will be sure to visit SALT again, and tell my friends!“

“We always love coming to Rosetta Hall. The atmosphere is always nice and the food options are great. We came here for the holiday cocktails and the holiday decor and it didn't disappoint. A chunk of the downstairs was taken up by a private holiday party, so we couldn't sit in the main dining hall. But that was totally fine, because the employees made sure we were comfortable where we were sitting and service was still attentive.“

“I grew up in Boulder, and this illegal Pete's location has been there for almost 30 years. I fell in love with their steak burrito as a tween, and it was always a treat to eat it growing up, so it carries with it a special nostalgia. Got it the other day and it still slaps hard. I always have to come here to this location anytime I return to Boulder. Sometimes it's the randomest meal that ends up being special to you.“
