“The experience was wonderful! Drinks were great, food was fantastic! The sunchokes were my favorite part and were absolutely delicious! What a unique dish! The gnocchi was good, but not better than any other restaurants gnocchi. The salmon dinner was out of this world! Lamb chops were good as well, but not exactly what we were expecting. They were cooked almost like pot roast, but was very delicious and super tender. The only part of the meal that was less than underwhelming was the chocolate cherry dessert. It was dry and gritty, and not fudgey like most other chocolate tortes I've had. Would have gone with another dessert if any others were gluten free. The service was excellent and fun, and the drinks (and drink suggestions) were on point! Great experience all around for a decent price for the quality of the food! Would recommend for a special date or holiday, and we will absolutely be back!“

“My wife and I came to Boulder on a whim and decided to try this amazing establishment. The hostess was so nice, the bartender was gracious and talented. Our server was attentive and professional. The staff that was not directly tending to us was courteous and kept the restaurant running smoothly. The food was delicious and so well prepared that we ate well past the point that we should have. Such a great experience!Thank you to all! And I have to apologize to the young lady that removed our dessert dishes, I startled her with an ill timed prank and should not have done that. My sincerest apologies.Thank you again for a wonderful experience!“

“Great place for pizza and beer! We enjoyed the covered outside seating and they provided heat lamps which made it comfortable to sit outside. Narrow area to order at, especially during peak hours. We loved the self pour beer wall that they had. Ordered a “Betty White” with added prosciutto and the “Red Barchetta” with added sausage. Both pizzas were good, but nothing too special in our opinion. Still, we liked the beers, the pizza, and the vibes. Also, I might suggest having employees wearing at least a uniformed t-shirt or hat or something? It was confusing on who was a staff member and who was a customer making getting service a barrier.“

“Spent time on a study abroad in Japan and after coming back I was desperate to find some of the comfort food I had over there. The only Japanese place that I have eaten at in Colorado to date that provides a truly authentic menu has been Osaka's. Okonomiyaki is a rare treat in the states and I love every bit of what they serve. I can without a doubt say that this is the best Japanese restaurant that I have been to outside of Japan.Prices are a little high, but that is par for the course for Boulder.I try to eat here every time I find myself in Boulder.“

“The RANG TANG Bbq truck is amazing, There are a number of fresh yummy choices! Have to say I think I enjoyed (sharing) a gorgeous fresh salad with baby lettuce, feta, pecans, pickeled onion & probably a couple more additions the most. My plate had a little pulled pork and a couple slices of beef brisket- the sauces were awesome and the slaw was terrific. A lot of food, but they have to go containers so enjoyed the meal twice- in the best way!!Loved the warm sunny outdoor eating area arranged around a fire pit resembling a camp fire. Picnic style tables have umbrellas, so you have option of shade. And there is an enclosed tent in case the wind or temperature is a little less welcoming. Also enjoyed getting to love on some well behaved, leashed dogs! All in all a great place to go!Vegetarian options: Wonderful salad at the BBQ truck as well as an amazing mac & cheese and SO NOT your typical slaw. Wish I had taken pictures. Vegetarians will definitely be happy- yes, even at a BBQ truck! L.R.'s chef skills will make you think you are dining at a fine restaurant- not a food truck! SERIOUSLY!Parking: Just drive down & around that long building and there is plenty more parking at the back.“

It was a Sunday night, and we were looking for somewhere to celebrate my 60th birthday with some burgers and a couple drinks. It does not look like much from outside, but we were pleasantly surprised once we started climbing the stairs. Cool artwork on the walls, laid back atmosphere, old-time rock n roll from my era playing, pool tables, and the bartender and waiter were great. We had some burgers that were good and drinks at a table overlooking the street. Cool place to chill and catch dinner. We enjoyed ourselves.“

“Love this place, hope it stays around forever. Have been coming here since there was a pool table, and Banshee Tree played swing music every Saturday. The bar is counter-service only (at least Th-S) which can make it feel impersonal, but the bartenders are on point and seldom keep you waiting overly long to order. Working a volume cocktail bar can be hella stressful so I don't take instances of brusqueness personally. That said, it's hard not to be disappointed by a $20 sidecar that fell short of the mark, both literally (room left in the coupe glass) and tastefully. Refrained from a complaint because it was fairly busy and I didn't want to be that guy...Comedy + Live Music on the weekends, in legit 1 of 2 of the only real neo-speak/cocktail bars in Boulder. Come through, be nice, tip well, and have a good timeShouts out to Monica the G.O.A.T. who has yet to make me a drink that didn't surpass expectation“

“We just arrived in boulder and looking for a place for dinner. We found an Uber eats special for buy one get one here and ordered the burger with the Brussels sprouts and also the pretzel and queso. The pretzel was pretty good and tender. The queso was barely any in the cup. It was only about 1/4 full. Way less than was expected and for $13 was less than sufficient. The burger was cooked well. We got it medium rare and it was just that. The toppings on the other hand were kind of limp. The lettuce looked a little old and wilted. The bun was awesome though and tasted very good.I took it to go so did not get to review the inside. The staff was very friendly when picking up my order.Parking kinda sucked though as you have to pay behind the building or park in the garage which said it was for pay too.“

“My favorite place to eat lunch! Most of the employees here are so kind and welcoming. Almost every Tuesday and Thursday since early 2023 I've come here for lunch! I always order the same thing, a kids chicken quesadilla with a side of guac and hot salsa. It's my fav! I had gastric surgery that only allows me to eat small amounts of food so I always order small portions every where I go. That being said, I KNOW what I'm ordering because I always order the same thing. Today, I ordered that same exact thing. I noticed at the counter I was being charged for a regular quesadilla so I thought maybe they just accidentally rang it up incorrectly so I said, "I actually ordered a kids quesadilla!". No biggie, right? Just... ring the kids quesadilla up. Well they had already started making it (fast service, it's great!), and they had already layered the cheese on the tortilla and were opening the oven door. I'm sorry, I guess? But it was exceptionally annoying to hear the pink haired one (cute hair btw) go, "well next time let us know ahead of time because you're wasting our food". First of all, you're rude. Second of all, the person taking my order wasted your precious 1 tortilla and handful of cheese because I always order the same thing and nobody else heard me wrong. Anyways it's not that big of a deal, a nerve was just struck and you made your bad day reflect onto mine. The comment was unnecessary, thank you for making my lunch experience uncomfortable. The quesadilla was bomb doe“

“Oh, this place is five stars in every category. If you doubt me in anyway, go there and order anything off the menu and I personally guarantee you it will be delivered within 4 to 5 minutes. I don’t even understand how they cook it that fast. They must be trained by aliens from outer space with advanced technology because I swear I’ve never seen food delivered so fast piping hot and absolutely perfect. I also really like how they give you, a bunch of sides for your fajitas. Big cup of sour cream, big cup of guacamole and a big cup of green chili sauce. All very good. A huge pile of lettuce and a huge pile of cheese as well and when I asked for hot sauce they brought me some homemade creamy really spicy stuff that I wanted to leave with a bottle of. I forgot to ask for some but next visit I’ll be sure to see if I can buy some of that.“

Hyatt Place Boulder/Pearl Street Coffee & Tea •
2280 Junction Pl, Boulder

“This Hyatt is a BIG disappointment. I've actually stayed in hostels which have better customer service and atmosphere. I arrived at 5pm on a weekend - No Service or help with luggage. I left at 12pm (noon) on a Tuesday - No Service or help with luggage available. Not one person in the lobby with the exception of the front desk person. (Its not like the hotel isn't busy).I also requested my room be cleaned on the 2nd day. No one came to clean it, even after I stopped a cleaning lady in the hallway. The most outstanding person (in terms of attitude and service) was Martin who is the hotels maintenance person. He walked 5 minutes to help me dig out my car when there was a snowstorm. The one time I changed my room in 3 days, he was the only person available to help me with my bags. There is also no parking around here. So you're trapped paying $25 a night for a parking garage or under STRESS with the street parking. The bed was probably the worst hotel bed I've slept in. Pillows and linen were not properly made up and very bad quality. I tried two rooms and the amenities were not consistent. This hotel is really lacking quality and not worth the stars. The only pro: the other guests were really sweet and well behaved.“
