The Golden Outpost is an absolute delight and quickly became my new favorite stop in town! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is instantly warm, welcoming, and perfectly captures the friendly, eclectic spirit of Golden.
It’s the ideal place, whether you’re looking for a quick, delicious snack or a unique local item. The quality of their offerings is fantastic, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. They are genuinely attentive, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make sure every visitor feels appreciated.

“Absolutely best bar we’ve been in when traveling! Great atmosphere, great drinks and great pizza! Pool, Darts, Chess, TVs and more! Don’t miss it. Look for the signs and head down the stairs and have a great cold beer! Of note, Stevin (the owner) makes a great ricks margarita!!“

“We just had a big 70+ person party. The upper bar room had ample space. Nate was easy to work with. I think they needed one more server, but Reanna worked hard and got through the waves of service. She was put in a tough spot as she was also helping at the central bar. JJ helped with the slife show, mic.tech. Shane was concise in planning. Everyone had a great time and Loved the venue. The affordability was another plus. Thank you everyone for making the party a success...“

“Honestly, the hot wings made me want to throw them right in the trash after paying $12 for them. I don't like turkey legs or bigger wings like that I like the little mini ones that taste perfect aside from that. I had a really good time every time I've been there and the atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful“

“We had our rehearsal dinner at the Buffalo Rose and couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. The staff was amazing and so accommodating throughout the entire process. They were great with communication leading up to the event and made everything feel easy and stress-free.
The food and drinks were exceptional - we had so many guests compliment both throughout the night. They were also incredibly accommodating with allergies and dietary restrictions and handled everything without hesitation or ever making us feel like we were putting them out.
It really was the perfect place for our rehearsal dinner, and it’s a night we’ll always remember. We’re so grateful to everyone at the Buffalo Rose for helping make it such a special night!“
