“Holy moly everything at Sloan's was excellent. I chose Sloan's Bar and grill as they had a deal through the Denver Eat and Drink pass (I highly recommend it). My husband had the fish and chips and I had the steak frites. Both were great and the steak was seriously one of the best steaks I've ever had. Only catch is they have different events each night (trivia, kids eat free, etc), so check what's going on before you go.“

“I only can give it a 4, since it was my first visit and I don't have a large sample size, but we did have fun. First off, Max was amazing as the bartender, and even though people were lined up all around me, I felt like I was his only customer. Best compliment I can give. The place was small, but they make the most of it. Loved the vibe. We were late for our reservation, but we had a Saltburn party, so we all had antlers and wings on, so I get why we didn't immediately get a table. Anyway, great neighborhood, great time, and I look forward to visiting again to elevate this to a 5 star. Thanks, Max. As an ex-bartender, that bubbly drink with smoke was cool as hell. “This is my new favorite place! It is super close to Sloan's Lake and everyone working here is so friendly! The food is delicious and very reasonably priced! There is plenty of seating at the bar and tables are available. It has been packed both times I've gone here and everyone that I've chatted with loves it too! I walked here so not sure about parking availability...“
“The best bar in Denver. The people rock. The prices rock. Everything about it makes it feel like a bar back home. It’s is a cash bar, but they have ATMs and once you get used to that it’s totally worth paying out for each drink like our parents did. Go here and enjoy yourself!“
“I love Edgewater Public Market. We’ve been a few times with friends when we visit Denver. I usually get poke and my husband loves the arepas. We recently got The Lucky Bird and it was fantastic. There are so many options for large groups. The ice cream was super yummy too.“
