“Awesome beer and pizza on the cheap“
“The food is so much better this year than ever before, so I recommend the Face Bar. The service is wildly uneven. Last week, we had a server who was fabulous, checked in often, and got us iced coffees, even refilled! This week, we had a server who did not understand our orders, told us we couldn't have iced coffee (though he did get it when we insisted), did not bring cream or sugar until the fourth (polite) request, and barely checked in. I get it — it is difficult to get wait staff in the mountains. It is so unfortunate that the service is so uneven, since it's the only non-casino sit-down restaurant in town.“

“Great find on my first visit to the area. Cozy interior around the bar area but also a much larger room with darts and other pub games. Service was fantastic and definitely on my list for return visits. Also has a nice outdoor area to relax when the weather is nice as it was on the day of our visit.“

“Great service, nice floor plan and spectacular selection of ales, pilsners, lagers, and more+. One of my FAVORITE things about this place is that they serve 3 different size glasses. This gives you the opportunity to try several different selections on their menu in 5oz glasses. Fantastic opportunity for customers to try different things without commiting to a large size. Love this place!“

“I was in Denver for training at work and didn’t want dinner in town I want to see the Mountains and get local. Great little place if you are in the area, good food and beer and take RT. 6 back into Golden it is a Beautiful drive.“

“A perfect, quiet escape from the casino! The corn dog was solid, and the San Fran dog was a huge hit with my husband. We’ll definitely be back for the food. The self-serve beer wall is a cool concept, though I struggled with a bit too much foam taking up my pour allotment (even with a proper glass tilt). Overall, still worth a visit!“

“Literally a hidden gem. Not only was the food good, but for $8 lunch?! Including soup or egg roll/wonton?? I ordered double for myself. Come and support this restaurant! Idk how they can remain in business. It wasn’t busy when I was there. But I’ll always stop by passing Idaho Springs“

“Dined here with my grandmother early on this Friday night and had such a great dining experience.
Our server Kartik was a very professional and funny at the same time,
He was so helpful in recommending wines, cocktails and was just overall very attentive anticipating all our needs and pacing the meal perfectly.
We had the filet with the king crabs and the delmonico. The steaks was perfectly cooked and the shrimp scampi was fabulous.
Will be back for sure.“

“One of the best meals of my life... the brisket Mac and cheese is a religious experience. Our server Rahul, was super attentive, and so polite. Decor... how about that ceiling?! So beautiful. Thank you to all who made this experience possible.“
