“There are country club restaurants that feed you, and then there’s Bistro 28 at Pole Creek, where the chicken curry sandwich arrives like a glorious culinary ambush, exploding with flavor so completely that every sad, lifeless clubhouse turkey sandwich you’ve ever eaten should file for early retirement. I came expecting a decent lunch after golf and instead found myself contemplating whether I should order a second one before I’d even finished the first.

The service was sharp, friendly, and refreshingly genuine, the kind that makes you feel like a regular even if you’ve never set foot in the place before. No forced smiles, no robotic speeches, just good people making sure you have everything you need while you sit there grinning like you’ve stumbled onto buried treasure.

Bistro 28 is proof that some of the best meals are hiding where you least expect them. Between the spectacular setting at Pole Creek, the outstanding food, and service that never misses a beat, this place deserves every one of its five stars. The chicken curry sandwich alone is worth pointing your car toward the mountains and embracing whatever beautiful madness follows.“

“The food we had was good. I had the cajun Chicken n rice with brocolli. It was tasty. Husband had cheeseburger n fries. Fries were delicious! Our server was super nice. The menu is a bit limited and they do not serve breakfast but it's still nice to have an option for food without traveling out in the cold;)“

“For a mountain town hotel bar and restaurant, it's perfect! We watched the Superbowl here and the vibe was awesome! The Snowflake Martini and the Hazelnut Old Fashioned were perfectly crafted cocktails and we could not get enough of them. I've never had hazelnuts roasted in a drink before and it's fantastic! They also have a real ski you can do shots off of with a group of 4. This was also a unique experience. The food menu was pretty limited and they were out of some things, but overall what we did order was great! It's nice that we could have this option while staying at the resort and then walk back to the room. They also have darts and a pool table.“

“Beautiful views and service was fine. The food was a bit average but you can’t beat the amazing location by the slopes.

The quesadilla was ok for my tastes though my husband was happy. Did enjoy the truffle fries though they were heavy on the salt, and I’m someone who loves salt.
