“One of the best meals I've ever had. I am so glad I didn't check reviews first because I do avoid restaurants with lower ratings. Well if I had, I would have never had the ultimate pleasure of trying the Churrasco \\\"20. This skirt steak with chimichurri, black beans and plantains, was incredible! The steak was perfectly rare on the inside, the beans were perfect consistency and flavor and the plantains, don't even get me started. I'm not normally a fan of planting but these were so well prepared. Not soft, not hard, but just right! Lastly I ordered the drink, SOTB and it tasted like Hawaiian punch, very good! The service was great and the food was out of this world. Ignore the other reviews and come in and grab this steak. Plan on sharing the 20\\\" Churrasco, there's so much, or taking half in a doggy bag... unless you order the Baby Churrasco like a crazy person. ?“
“My husband and I stopped here for lunch and were not one bit disappointed! We are here on our honeymoon and this was the best food and experience we've had in Colorado so far (and we've been all over). We ordered the southwestern egg rolls for an appetizer and were full before our meals even came out. They were delicious! The waitress was also lovely to talk to.“

“Small but fun bar,between karaoke and sometimes DJs there's always fun to be had. Michelle is such a great bar tender and funny as can be. Her hospitality is actually one of the reasons I'll hang out at tin cup rather then anywhere else in town.“
“Been in the Fraser area for 10 years. Always go to Pole Creek and Bistro 28 for golf and food in the summer but never tried a winter dinner. Finally did and it was excellent (food and service). The pork tenderloin with ground mustard sauce and Shepard’s pie were some of the best we’ve ever had. Will definitely go again.“
“This restaurant was open on New Year's Day and was quite busy! I had the mixed fajitas and a top shelf margarita (I added a little extra lime for my own taste; cheers to my server who brought me some limes). The dining room is decent sized, but there's only one bathroom for the whole place, so when it's busy.....a bit of a wait! The food is really tasty and they also provide more tortillas, very accommodating! I think you must have to order chips and salsa as I didn't receive any, but I had plenty of food, so I didn't miss them. The restaurant is in the strip mall that contains Murdoch's and Wendy's. It's on the first floor below the dispensary. Parking is plentiful and free. I like the summer where you can sit outside here also!“

Here is my ALWAYS detailed review.First, as always, service. Kayla, you had your regulars, we obviously were NOT regulars, but you treated as such. Thanks for the great service, and your bosses need to look into a raise besides the tips. The place was perfect, and I would recommend stopping by if you just "want to feel what a Colorado bar feels like." The one oddity I found was the size of the pool table, but it kind of made our experience more fun. My wife doesn't usually beat me at pool, but the four foot pool table (estimating) was fun for both of us. Listen, I can preach to you about the place. I can preach to you about the nearby Hot Sulphur Springs (one of the best in CO), and I can preach to you about how cool Granby and Grand Lake are. But, you do YOU. LOVED this place. If you are driving through, put this on the itinerary.Definitely recommend and see you there.By the way, if you live in Fraser, vote for my buddy Brian Cerkvenik for Mayor. Dude is a stud. “We love the new Bluebird Bistro at Granby Ranch. So glad it's now open 7 days/week as we're typically there midweek. The food is great!...especially their pizzas. Kendra & Andrew are the cream of the crop when it comes to servers/bartenders. We visit (daily) when we're in Granby Ranch!“
