“The location is iconic, within the Stanley Hotel. The grounds were really nice and we walked around a little bit. Ended up at the whiskey bar for a drink. Cocktails and service were good. They have a whole binder of whiskeys, well it's more like a whole novel of different types of alcohol. Anyhow we had a fun time and it was a nice excuse to go visit the hotel for the evening.“

“It’s my first night on my first ever visit to Estes Park. As a diehard Lions fan I just wanted somewhere to watch the Lions/Packers game. I stumbled across Cousin Pat’s not realizing it was a Packers bar. I had an absolute blast! Even enjoyed the Jell-O shots for all the Packers touchdowns. What an awesome “welcoming” to beautiful Estes Park! Sorry not sorry about the packers loss! Go Lions!!“

“Out of all the restaurants we ate at in Estes Park The Grubsteak has been the best in food quality and service! We ate here multiple times and when we come back to Estes Park The Grubsteak will be our lunch and dinner spot!“

“The La Cabana Platter was FANTASTIC!! The carne asada was perfect, the chicken was perfect, and those shrimp were so delicious!! Next time I'll have to order some of just the shrimp to go!!.. We really enjoyed this meal. So yummy!! I had a frozen margarita and he had the regular margarita. No leftovers because we shared our meal. We did have to wait a little to be seated because three larger parties were seated before us but it was worth it. This is not a quick service restaurant, it's a place to sit and enjoy so if you want to get in and out super fast, this place is NOT for you. Take the time to sit and enjoy your company and the beautiful landscape around you.“
