I really wanted to love this place. I've passed it a million times, and finally tried it today. The food was ok, there were limited meals options (esp for kids), and it's like 55 degrees inside.
What appeared to be an utterly unassuming diner was actually a diamond in the rough. The staff, upon entry, were unendingly friendly, with a very clean mountain aesthetic.Then, dear Goodness, the food arrived.Hands down, the absolute best green and red chili we've had since moving out west, absolutely unparalleled. Don’t know what the bad reviews are talking about! The Den bison burger was a delicious flavor combination, and the cheese curds were top notch. Great tap list and bar, awesome homey atmosphere away from the crowds, and friendly service!
