Literally a hidden gem. Not only was the food good, but for $8 lunch?! Including soup or egg roll/wonton?? I ordered double for myself. Come and support this restaurant! Idk how they can remain in business. It wasn’t busy when I was there. But I’ll always stop by passing Idaho Springs
Loved eating at Eric’s! He’s a great host and the food was amazing! Would certainly go there again next time in Colorado!

This was a little hole in the wall that doesn’t look like much, but wow wow wow the food was fantastic! I recommend sitting outside on the patio for a beautiful view and fresh air.
