West End Tavern offers great vibes and clean, attentive service. The brussel sprout appetizer and homemade chips are delicious. The shepherd's pie was hot but a bit salty with too much garlic. The tavern wings, smoked tomato soup, veg sandwich, and brisket combo were all awesome. The burnt tips and smoked turkey sandwich were highly recommended. The rooftop is a nice casual spot for lunch. While the view was lacking, the service was good with clean tables and restrooms.
