I arrived and went straight to bed. When I woke up the next morning and went to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, I was grilled by the desk staff as to whether or not I should be there. I'm assuming this was due to my appearance, which wasn't the best. Since my friend booked the room however, I had none of the booking info on hand. This Hyatt is a BIG disappointment. I've actually stayed in hostels which have better customer service and atmosphere. I arrived at 5pm on a weekend - No Service or help with luggage. I left at 12pm (noon) on a Tuesday - No Service or help with luggage available. Not one person in the lobby with the exception of the front desk person.
