Wow! The service at this chipotle was amazing! They are like a well oiled machine, and the food was so yummy! Definitely a step above!

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Can you imagine being pregnant and craving chipotle and somehow they manage to mess up your ENTIRE order? Forgot all the topings and gave me a bowl with rice, beans, 2 pieces of steak and fajitas. I couldn’t even eat that because the ratio was 90% fajitas to anything else in the bowl and honestly it was nauseating me. This location ALWAYS messes up my order, but never this much, it’s always one thing or two. But definitely it was the sign to never buy here anymore. I had to go in person to the Lafayette chipotle and order it to satisfy my craving and the bowl I had previously ordered went to the trash and the online system only refunded me 3$ while I paid 12$ for it. Also bought chips and Queso! The Queso never came. Absolutely DON’T go to this location.

Every time I've ordered from this location, they always mess something up! The first time, they forgot my drink, and I didn't mind THAT much because maybe it was an honest mistake...but the second time it happened, they just gave me the wrong drink! And time three, once again, no drink whatsoever. I won't be ordering from this location again.Update: my order had other items mixed into the meat portion? And it wasn't shredded properly either...where is the quality control?

They give the smallest portions of any chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff (esp girl on late night shift) ) is not nice & when I asked for a bit more rice she did not accommodate. It’s expensive to eat there so 1/2 a bowl is not worth it . I hope management see and addresses bc it’s happened multiple times ….. won’t happen again bc I won’t go back . I advise others not to as well .

I just had the WORST conversation with the Chipotle on-duty manager in this store. We ordered food for 10 people through DoorDash but one person's food didn't get delivered. I called the store and the manager literally said there is NOTHING he can do or will do, I have to contact Doodash.First of all, the food came in without names but numbers, and because they didn't give us the correct amount of the food, we had to look at the ingredients to identify the person's order. How convenient is that?Second, what service industry has that attitude? Blaming everything to Doordash? You didn't prepare the right number of food and didn't write the correct numbers on the food container, so you can blame me because I ordered from Doordash? Also, lots of people ordered vinaigrette salad dressing, but never received either.I am okay with the food never got made, but the attitude from the manager stops me and my company from going there.

I eat at Chipotle at least twice a week I would encourage anyone reading this to avoid this location... Service is terrible, they skimp on the food amounts, they charged me 21 for the exact same dish I get frequently at other chipotles for 13...Markus was rude and very dismissive of my comments as a customer when I questioned the above. I can see why there was virtually no line at the place at the dinner hour - clearly this is a poorly managed restaurant at this location other locations are outstanding!

The associate behind the counter was very rude and degrading to my elderly father. The way they approached my father and told him off was highly unprofessional and beyond rude. Will never step foot in this place of business again and would advise anyone to take serious thought about going to this place. DO NOT EAT HERE.

I got terrible food poisoning within 5 hours of eating at this restaurant, stayed up all night sick to my stomach. Won’t be going back to Chipotle again.

So confused by the sub-4.0 rating for this location. My husband and I order takeout from here every week at least once, and we always comment on how big the portions are and how fresh the food tastes. They do not skimp on portion size. It's only the best Chipotle location I've ever been to. Additionally, the food is always ready when we arrive and we do the "ASAP" option for pick-up, 5 minute drive away.

Not specifically about this location, but every Chipotle I’ve been to in general. The carnitas *often* includes a lot of chewy fat and gristle that is just gross. You end up spitting it out. You really don’t want that. So there is this mild anxiety from ordering carnitas and not knowing if you’re going to get a lot of gristle or not. So lately I’ve been getting barbacoa which doesn’t have that problem, but it $2 more. Otherwise, it’s great.

Something that plagues every Chipotle, this one being no exception, is the inconsistency with the serving sizes regarding the meat. The prices continue to increase, but the serving sizes do not. I went in to order a burrito bowl and asked for a scoop of carne asada (which was about 1 actual scoop's worth of meat). I then asked for a second scoop (so double meat), which was, at best 75% of a scoop (though I personally think it was more about 2/3rds of a scoop). I made a comment about that not being a full scoop. The guy immediately got an attitude with me about that being one, 4 oz serving. I then said I won't be paying for that (as it was not) and left. The food is good, but the quantity-control leaves much to be desired. I had not been to a Chipotle in several years due to this (I lived in a different state; this is a Chipotle-wide problem and not limited to this particular location). I decided to give it another go as it is right next to my work and convenient. Your mileage varies greatly depending on who is doing the serving. They are very eager to give you a large serving size of rice and beans, but not so much when it comes to the meat, lol.$16+ dollars for a double-scoop burrito is already expensive, but when they try to stiff you on the actual serving of the meat, it's just unacceptable, especially when you get immediate attitude for pointing it out.
