If you want it messed up then stop here! I so honor the woman who reviewed and wondered why there were so many bad reviews for this Starbucks - but this store has the least trained, informed people of any Starbucks I have ever gone to. It has been bad for years. I keep giving them another opportunity, hoping they have new management or can get it right - but it just does not happen! I am happy that someone gets decent service, but they seriously lucked out.

This has been my go to Starbucks for a few years! One of the few that always gets my "high maintenance" order correct, and they're always right on time with mobile orders. Staff is always professional and friendly.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this place, other than knowing that people are more likely to take time to write about their negative experiences rather than the good ones. I'm newer to the area and when I saw the low rating and comments I was almost going to go to a different location, but I'm so glad I didn't! Every time I come here, I'm greeted by a happy smile, kind staff, and my order is always perfect! Not only are the staff kind, they also continuously thank customers for their patience and communicate with each other very well about what's next in their queue in order to get through a busy morning rush. I'm usually not one to write a review but I just think this place deserves a better rep. Thank you all @ Starbucks Louisville!!!

My post doesn't have to do with personal encounter with the business, but the drive-thru layout itself. There should be signs as to not block thru-traffic into the parking lot to go inside in any number one of the businesses at this location. I've had very little room to squeeze through to park because of vehicles blocking entrance into rest of the parking lot from drive-thru line.
