Demetrius has great customer service and makes the best drinks, he’s the reason we go to this Starbucks daily.
Staff acted irritated when i very kindly asked them to remake my drink, which clearly had no syrup in it. I even apologized when i walked in to do so. I have over 6 years of experience being a barista. Not once was i ever upset at a customer for asking me to remake their drink, especially not if i was being kind. I understand mistakes happen, but customers should not be treated like an inconvenience when they’re asking for the product they paid for to be made correctly.
I usually have great service at this location.
