This Starbucks used to be great! Now I’m convinced not a single staff member knows how to read the order stickers. Ordered chocolate covered almonds? They’ll give you chocolate covered espresso beans. Ordered a plain latte drink with one pump of caramel? They’ll give you the sweetest drink you’ve ever had as you watch them put the usual 4 pumps in the cup. Ordered iced? Here’s a hot drink.. even though the sticker said otherwise for all of these things. In one interaction involving a chocolate chip cookie that was not supposed to be warmed (again this was on the sticker) I had to ask an employee to stop warming the cookie 5 times. 5 different cookies. One after the other- she kept warming them until the manager stepped in and gave me a cooled on from the case. This has been happening week after week for months. I mean it’s ridiculous. Rude employees who relentlessly defend their mistakes, just to eventually have the manager apologize, doesn’t help either. Sad to see this location go so downhill.

There was this barista, I think named Jessy or Jessica, and the entire time she couldn't stop talking about her boyfriends car. I mean it was every other sentence. it completely ruined the experience for me, I couldn't even eat my spinach feta wrap! she and another employee also kept arguing, I heard "fabian stoppppppp" almost as much as I heard her talk about that car. 1/10 do not recommend this genocide supporting company.

I look forward to my chai tea latte several times a week, and primarily at this location because the drive through barista, Theri, is the friendliest person!! She is always happy and has kind words which light up my mornings ?I always look forward to starting my day this way!

Generally, I order from my drive way, go to there and my pastry and latte are ready. Today some dude named Kevin got his order of a million iced drinks (it's 7 degrees out Kevin. Stop picking up drinks for lunatics.) The task managing staff eventually began alternating between a Kevin drink, and the drink orders for the rest of us who aren't blessed enough to have a Kevin in our lives to pick up our iced beverages at 7am in below freezing weather. I applaud their efforts to serve us all in a timely manner. Tip your local baristas well! Especially if you are the cold misers ordering a pool parties worth of summer time drinks in the tundra and sending poor Kevin to do your bidding.
It's surprisingly large, considering how small it looks from the outside. A comfortable place to sip coffee and chat with a friend.

I went to this place and I found cockroaches in my son's cafe where is the cleaning and the health department? Aren't they doing their inspections well? I'm not going here again so I can find something like that ?? I don't recommend them
