Accidentally made my drink wrong, then upgraded the correct one to a larger size AND walked it out to me. Outstanding service.
The customer service in the past has never been anything special but today I went in and had a really great experience with the baristas. I believe I went in at around 11am or 12. They were cracking jokes with me and were really friendly. I tried a new drink but didn’t like it so they recommended the butterfly boba drink with coconut milk. I appreciated the service and friendliness.
