Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress
Delicious!...the best brunch....thank you Ernesto, you are very kind.✨
He remembered our names and he was very nice and kind. He also didn't rush us especially since we were a big group. Our server was named Alex! Recommended to go here!

IHOP offers a delightful dining experience with better-than-expected food. Customers report good food and good service, with the portions being really big. The night crew is on point, clean, efficient, and friendly. Servers are very sweet, pleasant, very attentive, and provide great vibes and energy. They suggest trying something new and upgrade the pancakes, which do not disappoint. The cooks also do not disappoint. The team is great, with a very lovely manager. This place is a step up from other IHOP restaurants, being a bit more clean and with consistent service and food. The country fried steak is a favorite, and the tres leches or the chocolate chip pancakes are recommended. They provide vegetarian options and are accommodating to dietary restrictions. The pancakes are a must-order. The restaurant is very kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. The staff is friendly, quick, and attentive, making the visit relaxing and enjoyable. It is highly recommended if you haven’t been to an IHOP in a while.
