Ordered a quesadilla and usually it comes with salsa and jalapeño and sour cream and it never came with very disappointed and my fry’s were cold not to mention my tomatoes on my blt tasted horrible and mushy

I am absolutely unsatisfied with today I had ordered food and my food was never prepared. I feel bad for the 4 people who had waited for my order. On top of that I waited for more then 1 hour I called several time with no one in your store to pick up . This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never be ordering for you guys again what a disgrace in customer service.

Pancakes is what to oder here forsure ! The portions of others dishes and sides are kinda small for the price.. But I still give a good rating as the service is great and food taste pretty good definitely better than fast food!

My friends and I went here for a late dinner which we never actually got. We waited in the front for 30 minutes to be sat down which is fine but after we were finally seated the server brought us drinks then never came back. We sat there for an hour waiting on them to come back while we saw many people come in and get food before we had ever ordered. So basically a 2 hour visit without getting food or the opportunity to even order.

It was late at night. The food was put together badly. Just like if a teenager was cooking in the kitchen. They were short of waitresses, no doubt.It's not good for a 24-hour place.

Hungry on a Thursday night and breakfast was the only thing that sounded appetizing. I ordered ihop online for first time ever. I am not a fan of the other breakfast place that starts with a D. I have not been to this particular ihop since it opened in my area. I used to go to a couple different locations before this one opened. I ordered online because i didnt feel like being in a social setting. I wanted to go in, pick up my food and leave. Maybe i was wrong to assume that it would be that easy. I ordered online at 9:28 and it said my order should be ready around 9:40. I left my house at 9:37, thinking if they needed a few more minutes, it should be ready when i arrived. But would not be long enough for it to get cold. It takes me about 6 minutes to get there. Arrived at 9:43. I walked in and no one was in the front. Not a lot of people eating in the restaurant either. I waited for about 3 minutes and then an employee finally came. I told her i ordered online and she told me she would be with me in a minute. She seated the two others who came in after me. A few more minutes passed and another person came up (manager?) And asked if i had been helped and i told her the other person said she would help me and i had ordered online. She said they were bagging my order up and it would be out in a minute. (Apparently they needed longer than i thought). More people came in and a couple minutes later, the manager? Brought a bag of food up toward the front and placed it on a table. I assumed it was my order. The first employee was now at the front at the register checking people out. More people came in. A few more minutes go by and the manager? came back up and talks to the girl and then she points to the bag and says it's for me. The bag had been sitting there probably 5 minutes already. The manager? then gives it to me. I have been waiting for my food 10 minutes by then. Why couldn't the manager have just handed it to me 5 minutes before? So i am really annoyed and i say," I hope its still warm," and i leave. I am finally leaving 13 minutes after my order was scheduled to be ready. I didn't want to hang out in the restaurant or i would have gone in and ate, rather than order for pickup. But they gave me no choice. I sit down to eat my food exactly 10 minutes later at home. When i open up the container, EVERYTHING is cold! And the bacon and potatoes are overcooked. Potatoes are a little too salty as well. I will NEVER eat at this location again. I was tired and starving and not feeling like hanging out in a restaurant and they made it worse.

My favorite place to have breakfast every time I'm in Denver. The attention is always very attentive. It can be in Spanish or English (to practice the language ☺️??) My daughter dropped her Waffle when leaving and they made it again ?

Absolutely unbelievable. 8:00 on a Wednesday night, waited at the front desk for 15 minutes before anyone approached us then we were told it is going to be an additional 15-minute wait. There were literally 3 tables sat in the entire restaurant all of which already had their food. Third time I've tried to go here last time I'm going to try.
