Distant approach by the cashier, casually uppity, snoblike preppy conversation about my order not heard the first time.$7 is the basis for a full cup, not half foam. Starbucks has a reputation for top shelf Java but $7 for a double mocha. And not a thanks or have a good day.
Located in the Hilton Hotel. A little small but that’s expected in a hotel setting. They also stay VERY busy, especially in the morning. They shove four or five people behind that counter which is about 1/3 the size of a normal Starbucks so I try to give them some grace especially when it’s super busy.There is the one employee there, didn’t catch his name, but I always just get the sense the guy hates his life and it comes out in his customer service. As a Flight Attendant, I've been to many a Starbucks. This one, however, is something special. Thanks to Skyler, Jasmine, and Kayla I was treated with respect, kindness, and I didn't feel like they wanted to rush my order or hurry being "done" with me.
