Two things to note: a) I’m a previous partner and have worked at Starbucks before so I know what the job can be like and b) this WILL be a passionate review! 12/19/2023 around 1:00 pm I stopped by this Starbucks. I’m a 20 yo college student going to school in Wyoming and visiting family in the springs. I showed up very late to pick up my mobile order and it was cold, obviously. I asked the super nice barista if they could pop it in the microwave because it was my fault for being late and they made me a brand new one! That was so kind and beyond what I ever expected. I’m sure the whole staff has been there since before the sun came up and they still are offering great service even when I was the one that made the mistake of picking up my order late. We all know what Starbucks is, or do we? I believe they are a business purveying syrups, not coffee. If you took away the syrups, they would be below average.I do appreciate the cleanliness and space to work on hot/cold days. Way more comfortable than my car when I have a bunch of work to do.
