“Love love this location!!! Pull up through the drive through where I was pleasantly greeted as usual. Placed my order and was asked if I wanted an extra shot of espresso… I said yes!!! I heard someone in the back Hooten and hollering that I got the upgrade as they must have been doing a competition. I laughed the gal taking my order giggled it was a great way to start my day! Have since found out the managers name is Colin and I’ll tell you what… what a great manager! Every time I have seen him he’s sweet, upbeat, supports his staff, and is always great to me and I’m sure everyone else who goes to this location!!“

“Inside of Safeway, but it is so busy they keep everything fresh from the turnover. I know Starbucks! This one is great! Great, fast, helpful service from everyone working in there! My favorites are very simple… cold brew in the summer and Americano in the winter. We often get a muffin or iced lemon bread in the winter. Great place to park on the West side of the building. Very relaxing! One of our Castle Rock favorite stops!
Parking: Park in the Safeway lot as you pull in turn right off of Perry. Go all the way back and park facing West. This looks right at the access to the hike/bike trail too. I feel it is safer than on the street.“
“Super lovely staff. My boyfriend and I came in for a later coffee and the barista chatted with us for a bit then wrote an incredibly nice custom message on our cup about our evening plans. Wonderful ambience and the perfect coffee shop experience. Definitely 5 stars!!“

“Wow! This Starbucks has been the BEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to all because of our barista, Shana. She not only explained the new energy drinks, but she told me about other ways to alter the drink to my specific tastes. And wow she got it exactly to my liking. She was friendly, happy, and I told her she should be the manager and train the other employees to have her same energy! Whoever made my drink did a great job. This Starbucks is doing everything right! Great way to start my day. Thank you!!“

“The inside is spacious and clean. I usually go into the store to pick up a mobile order. It has always been ready even before the estimated time. The people there are friendly and efficient. The drinks very a little but are usually good. I'd recommend nitro cold brew as it is very refreshing especially during the summer.“
“I had the most wonderful experience at this Starbucks, specifically because of how kind and welcoming the staff was. Right as I walked in, Addie greeted me with a smile as well as being so polite. The whole team had exceptional service, and made this my new favorite location.“
