I was there on December 23 at 6:30 PM and the lady was super nice and made the best Starbucks coffee I’ve ever had.
I ordered a drink with coconut milk because I can’t tolerate lactose. The drink was smothered with whipped cream. When I asked the girl to remake it, I saw her simply scrape the whip off with a spoon and hand it back to me. Now not only is my drink still tainted with a milk product, it’s not a full cup. I drive around again (because I didn’t want to hold up the line) and went straight to the window. When I asked her again to remake it, she gave me sass about not stopping...read full review
