We go to this Starbucks all the time when we’re grocery shopping but this girl named Jay Jade that works there we seen her spit in the drink. This is uncalled for. I just wanted something to be done.

They obviously will hire anybody at Starbucks these days. This company has really taken a nose dive over the years and their service and products suck. RICO sealed the deal for me, will never ever come back here again. Horrible experience.

They lady said that she was closed at 745 pm. And was to busy talking to a gentleman then staying open when it states open till 8. She just was bragging about how many guys hit on her. Absolutely rediculous. She shouldn't be working

Really disappointed in this location. I ordered a venti with extra pumps of white mocha. They filled it halfway and did not add any extra pumps. Why am I paying for a venti if you're not going to fill it all the way up and the extras that I paid for?

This is the third time I've ordered ahead with simple requests. I've gotten regular milk instead of soy and got ill and today I ordered a pink drink with light ice. Simple right? I don't mind spending $6 on a drink I enjoy but I do mind spending that much and getting it incorrectly made over and over again. I'm not ordering ice I'm ordering a pricey drink. Not to mention the service is pretty slow, working as a barista you need to work fast. I know because I was one for years. But fast doesn't mean make the drinks incorrectly and also slow also doesn't mean take short cuts.

Picked up a peppermint hot chocolate as I had a reward. It was a nice treat to sip as I shopped on a holiday. The line was long but went fairly quickly. The cashier forgot to ask me if I wanted whipped cream and I didn't even think of it. But Lori who was making my drink asked me and she put some for me which I appreciated. She was also so cheerful and friendly that I went away from the interaction with a warm happy feeling. Great service! And I was happy to sit and wait for my drink too as they were busy. The tables and chairs are nice.

Only one of the staff was doing their job. The other two were talking and not paying attention. One of them started to make my drinks and completely ignored the directions. My drinks came out disgustingly sweet. Whomever the manager is needs to retrain this staff member and assuming the woman she was training.$15 wasted.

Awful service. Took 25min. to get an iced coffee. Wasn’t even offered a refund or free drink in the future.

I've been going to this store since they opened. Until a few months ago it was a nice place to get coffee and to get some work done, but now it has gone downhill drastically. The service is impersonal, the counters are filthy with spilt drinks, which would be simple to wipe up, but they go overlooked. I now need to wipe the sticky stuff off the bottom of my cup, so I don't get it on my work clothes. The bathrooms are disgusting, urine on the floors mixed with toilet paper, and it smells! Even the smell of coffee can't cover it up. I can see this happening once in awhile, but for it to be that way every time I'm there I find it strange. I am very surprised the health depart hasn't closed them down yet. I agree with the other reviewer; my order also routinely gets messed up. The same coffee that I order every time is different each time..not in a good way. I asked to talk to the manager one time to provide constructive criticism. Her defensiveness and sarcastic deminer did not win me over. I'm done with this place.
