When I go in the mornings they all say hi and know my name, Liz, Pyper and the young man talk to me and all go out of their way to know my crazy order. They make suggestions and have excellent costumer service!! I always try to come to this specific Starbucks“
“We just had the best service at the Starbucks in Safeway in Parker. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he really took the time to listen and give us a good suggestion on something for my son. And then he even wished him good luck on his football game this morning. The person making the drinks was named Jae and she must have done a great job too because my son absolutely loved his drink. “I usually go to the Starbucks at Hampden and Tower in zip code area 80013. I've gone to Starbucks for the last 30 years every single day. Customer service here was awesome. My drink was awesome and I loved loved loved the layout of the store. So much room and the leather golden colored chairs truly looks so comfortable. I like how they put each employees picture up on the board to recognize and appreciate such a wonderful staff. I will definitely be back just to hang out and enjoy the great customer service. Lynn“
“I rarely go to Starbucks simply because it's not really my thing, but I thought I would give them a chance since I was giving a gift card for them. Got a hot chocolate and a breakfast sandwich. Sandwich was decent and not exorbitantly priced. The hot chocolate could have been a lot sweeter, but the bitterness of the chocolate was very good, and it was still the best cup of hot chocolate I have had in Colorado so far — though that is a rather low bar to clear. The barista was very helpful and patient with me being a Starbucks noob who wasn't sure what to get at first. And the whole thing cost less than I expected to spend. I would definitely give them another chance.“

“The service was great, and coffee was on par with other locations. I felt bad that the server at the window seemed a bit flustered, and when I rolled up to the window she apologized for the long wait even though I hadn't been there long at all. She told me that because of that, the drink would be free and accidentally was going to hand me the drink of the car behind me. I politely corrected her, and I will try to come back and see if I recognize her to give her a nice tip for being so kind. This was an evening a couple of weeks ago, but I only log onto Google Reviews periodically.“
