Yesterday I order a delicious Christmas beverage via my Starbucks mobile app and Ashley and Taleen welcomed me with a warm, friendly smile. They were extremely helpful in explaining the game plays for Starbucks for Life contest. I really appreciate their knowledge and patience as they were very busy. Starbucks should be proud to have extraordinary employees working at their company. �
Gina was wonderful this morning! So friendly, kind and just made me feel like I walked into my neighborhood Starbucks on the way to work!

Starbucks offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. The baristas are nice and helpful, often going out of their way to make customers' days special. They are accommodating, offering to remake orders if necessary and providing excellent customer service. Morning regulars are recognized and greeted with a smile, adding to the pleasant experience.
