I have been using this Starbucks for years, ever since it opened. I have always found the staff here friendly and efficient. High kudos in particular to baristsa Jessica, always seems to bend over backwards with a smile and gives you just what you want even it is out of the ordinary.
The Click List employees are awesome!! I have been a Click List for the past year due to the fact that I am disabled. I normally arrive at the time I'm given when I place my orders and even when the Click List employees are excruciatingly busy, they have ALWAYS had my orders out to me on time. They are very courteous, always on time, and when I try to give them a tip, they will not accept my tips. Had to get something sweet for a treat since I didn't get my peppermint shake at that other place which will remain nameless. The associate rang me up and went to make my drink. Some tables to sit at but I just stood to wait. Browsed their holiday merchandise to get some ideas. Didn't take as long as I thought which was great as he didn't want to wait and took the groceries to the car in the meantime. Delicious cool treat. Friendly server.
