The staff here is amazing! always warm and welcoming. however, one staff member in particular is always rude, no matter what day or time I visit. this staff members name is Paul. He consistently has an attitude as if he does not want to be there and has zero idea what customer service means. Mocha cookie crumble is awesome!! Not a coffee drinker but this is a MUST have. It's one of those anytime coffee drinks. An awesome start to get you going. Good in the middle of the day for a nice pick me up. It's perfect after a long, hard work day when you need that little something to put a smile on your face.
