About Starbucks

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company provides a mixed experience. The staff are consistently described as kind, patient, and friendly. One worker, a blond girl whose name started with an A, was genuinely kind and gave great recommendations, making for the best experience a customer ever had at a Starbucks. Another worker named Cory helped a customer find a lovely drink within their budget and made them feel welcome. The service can be fast and friendly when there is no line.

However, there are significant issues with order accuracy. Coffee is often not made to order, especially when ordered online or through the mobile app. Selections for cream, sugar, and toppings are missed, even when they are an extra charge. One customer ordered a blended strawberry lemonade, which is an older recipe, and it was made incorrectly multiple times. The staff tried their best, but there seems to be a lack of resources and training for older recipes, with recipe cards not being easily accessible for the baristas. A specific meal mentioned is a bacon Gouda sandwich, which was served warm. The coffee itself is described as fine or ok, but a customer noted they did not taste a lot of the vanilla syrup in their Iced Grande Americano, which also came with an unexpected $0.80 charge for the syrup.
