Excellent server!!
Our server brought out our entrees first while extra items were still being made, which was great! The top pancake wasn't hard from sitting under the heat lamp, and the rest of the food was wonderful. Really appreciate the service and attention to detail.

However, there have been some less positive experiences, such as slow service and small fish pieces during an all-you-can-eat fish and chips night. An unusual incident involved a customer finding a hair in their eggs, leading to a bizarre interaction with a manager who took the hair with her. Despite these issues, the Village Inn remains a reliable spot for those seeking familiar comfort foods and a friendly environment.
