I hate to be that person but I used to love Wendy’s. It was the one place to get real chicken and I guess in the last few months they downgraded it to a glorified chicken nugget. I’m so disappointed. The potato sticks are also thinner and harder. I can’t eat here anymore.
Yeah me and my family used to go there every Saturday but last two visits we were faced with attitude by the management team when we told them that their soda machine was empty and they proceeded to chat and laugh with each other and ignore the soda machine. I think none of the managers really care about anything. They will put on a show sometime just to get your money but me and my family will not be back. We will take our money elsewhere from now on.
