If you want to wait an hour for a mobile pick up order just to be wrong and wait another 30 minutes for them to make it wrong again and for the employees to say oh were having a bad day and skip over you several times in line to provide mediocre service come to this Wendy's. Not to mention they stole money from me by not providing me with my food they are thieves as well.

I hate to be that person but I used to love Wendy’s. It was the one place to get real chicken and I guess in the last few months they downgraded it to a glorified chicken nugget. I’m so disappointed. The potato sticks are also thinner and harder. I can’t eat here anymore.

Wendy's has really went downhill fast, food is not very good, staff is horrible, service is probably the worst I've seen ever. I would probably say think seriously about eating elsewhere.

Yeah me and my family used to go there every Saturday but last two visits we were faced with attitude by the management team when we told them that their soda machine was empty and they proceeded to chat and laugh with each other and ignore the soda machine. I think none of the managers really care about anything. They will put on a show sometime just to get your money but me and my family will not be back. We will take our money elsewhere from now on. We have been nothing but nice but apparently the managers need more training on how to actually treat other adults with respect and courtesy.

Check your order before you leave. Had to drive back up to Wendy's as they forgot or ignored part of my order. I would have taken a refund however they do not answer the phones. Asked for them to correct my order and was handed a burger with a finger hole in it.
