Friday February 2 2024 at 8 30 AM I dont know her name but the lady taking orders on the drive thru window is AWESOME it is rare to get such great customer service at a mcdonalds GIVE THE LADY A RAISE!
Ordered large French fry and the person serving us happened to be the manager so she gave us medium and we politely told her we paid/ordered a large fry so she went to the back and put the medium fry in a large box and sent us on our way , instead of making a scene and making people wait for their order we went on with our day, terrible service

Went there for dinner last night. We ordered three sandwiches and they messed up two of them. I ordered mine without cheese and onions, but with ketchup and mayo. When I opened it up at home, it had cheese and onions, but no mayo and ketchup. We’re giving up on this McDonald’s.Dietary restrictions: I’m badly lactose intolerant, so it really matters when they forget to leave off the cheese.
