Went there for dinner last night. We ordered three sandwiches and they messed up two of them. I ordered mine without cheese and onions, but with ketchup and mayo. When I opened it up at home, it had cheese and onions, but no mayo and ketchup. We’re giving up on this McDonald’s.Dietary restrictions: I’m badly lactose intolerant, so it really matters when they forget to leave off the cheese.

Ordered large French fry and the person serving us happened to be the manager so she gave us medium and we politely told her we paid/ordered a large fry so she went to the back and put the medium fry in a large box and sent us on our way , instead of making a scene and making people wait for their order we went on with our day, terrible service

The managers are poorly educated, they don't know how to speak English. And in one situation I saw them humiliating an employee in front of all the customers.

It's one of the better ones. The one nearest to my I would never visit again. Just bad all around. This one is usually really good. Sometimes, you might get someone else's order. But that only happened once in 5 years.

I ordered on the computer, my sandwiches without mayo/extra lettuce. They charged me an extra ¢70. Which is noted. When I received my meal it came with the reciept that said no mayo extra lettuce yet when I bit down not only was it extra lettuce it was with extra mayo. Nearly threw up.My complaint, is that they took long to acknowledge my existence.

This location has got to be one of the worst. They always forget the sauces. When I ask if they got the sauces in the kids meal, they always say yes, and since I don’t want to break open the happy meal box to check in the drive thru, I trust them however they never do. It seems they try to cut costs by skimping on the kids sauces. Most times I ask for a burger with extra pickles they ring it up right and the sticker says it on the individual burger, but apparently to their cooks that means no pickles. They also frequently forget orders in the bag especially when the line is long in the drive thru and am rushed out before I can check the bag. This location just misses on so many different levels if it’s not one thing it’s another. If I can avoid this location I will however it is conveniently located close to my house but from now on I will be going to another location.
